Company and visit inquiries. The contact form asks for your work email, the purpose of your inquiry and your message. You may also provide a preferred visit date.

Project inquiries. Depending on your selections, the project form asks for a product category or product, target market, cooperation preferences, order quantity and project requirements. You may add reference links and images.

Submission records. The website records the page used to submit the form, the submission time and a receipt reference. Uploaded images may be resized and re-encoded; their file names, sizes and dimensions are recorded with the inquiry.

Abuse prevention. Technical request information, such as browser details and language, is used to limit repeated submissions. An IP address may also be used when the hosting configuration provides it. The application uses a temporary hashed identifier for this check rather than adding these request details to the inquiry record.

Please share only the information needed to assess your inquiry. Avoid including sensitive personal information or reference materials you are not authorized to share.

The intended uses of inquiry information are to understand your request, discuss product or packaging requirements, arrange a visit where requested, and follow up on the project. Technical checks help validate submissions and limit spam or misuse.

The website currently saves inquiries for follow-up. It does not have an automatic mailing-list subscription, advertising integration or automated transfer to a customer relationship management service.

The current website saves submitted inquiry information and processed images in server-side storage outside the publicly served website files.

The hosting provider, storage location, access arrangements and backup practices for the live website are still being selected. Retention periods and the process for deleting inquiry records have not yet been finalized. The current application does not automatically delete inquiry records after a set period.

The final notice will state the retention periods or criteria, relevant service providers and any arrangements for processing information in other countries.

Google Maps. The contact page includes an embedded map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp and other external links. Selecting a WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube or other external link takes you to a third-party service. Information you provide there is handled under that service’s terms and privacy policy.

The Cookie Policy explains the current website setup and the checks still needed before the live website is finalized.

Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
