Is Airsun an oral care manufacturer?
Airsun works with brands on OEM and ODM oral care projects from its Yiwu production base. The team can assess an established product, a custom development brief, or a mature customer formula before production. The appropriate route depends on the product requirements, packaging, target market, and commercial scope agreed for the project.
Which product categories can I discuss with Airsun?
OEM and ODM cooperation covers four product lines: toothpaste, mouthwash and oral rinse, toothbrushes, and dental floss and interdental products. You can discuss one SKU or a range across several categories. Share the products you need and the market you plan to serve so the project can be assessed in the right context.
What information is needed for an initial quotation?
Start with the product category, target market, formula or specification requirements, packaging direction, capacity, estimated quantity per SKU, and intended launch timing. Reference samples and design files are useful when available. If some details are still open, explain what needs to be defined so the team can assess the brief and discuss an initial quotation.

Can I develop a custom toothpaste or mouthwash formula?
Yes. Toothpaste and mouthwash projects can begin by adapting an existing formula, developing from a new brief, or working from a reference sample. Submit the ingredients, sensory characteristics, appearance, product direction, target market, and other relevant requirements. The achievable formulation scope is confirmed only after assessment of the individual project.
Can Airsun assess a formula my team already owns?
Airsun can assess a mature customer-provided formula before production. Share the formula and relevant technical requirements so materials, process requirements, and production suitability can be reviewed. This route focuses on evaluating and introducing the existing formula into production; any changes that may be needed are discussed as part of that project assessment.
What packaging support is available?
Projects can use existing packaging components, customize colors and printing, or explore a new structure and tooling. Airsun can also help adapt design files to the selected packaging and production requirements. Packaging options, testing, sourcing, quantities, and any custom development costs are assessed around the product and project requirements.
How are formula confidentiality and ownership handled?
Confidentiality, ownership, and exclusive-use arrangements for customer-provided or commissioned formulas are negotiated for each project. Relevant agreements can be signed to define the terms and scope of use that the parties agree. The final arrangement depends on the formula, development route, and commercial relationship; it is not set by a standard public policy.

What kinds of samples are available?
Depending on the project, you can evaluate existing product samples, custom product samples, packaging samples, or complete branded samples. A formulation sample helps assess the product itself, while packaging and complete branded samples help review the related packaging details. Sample support covers all four product lines, with the required scope agreed for the project.
What does the sample policy cover?
Each toothpaste or mouthwash project receives three free formulation sample-making rounds, with the first round included in that total. Further formulation rounds are agreed separately. Customers pay sample shipping. Custom packaging, print samples, and tooling are outside the free formulation-sample policy and are assessed separately. Arrangements for other product types can be discussed with the team.
How long does sample preparation usually take?
Sample preparation typically takes around one week. The actual timing is assessed for each project according to formulation requirements, sample type, and project circumstances. Shipping time is separate and added to the preparation schedule. Confirm the planned sample scope and delivery details with the team before relying on a date for your project.
Orders & production
How quantities, timing, and confirmation stages are handled.
How are minimum order quantities set?
MOQ is calculated for each individual SKU and varies with product capacity. The published category figures are references; the quantity for the selected product and capacity is confirmed during project assessment. Established formulas and custom formulations follow the same MOQ requirements. Discuss your SKU plan and expected quantities so the applicable requirement can be confirmed.
When does production lead time begin, and how long is it?
Production lead time starts after receipt of the deposit, following confirmation of the sample, packaging, specifications, and pro forma invoice (PI). The schedule depends on the product category, packaging, quantity, and production plan. Development, sampling, and shipment transit are separate from production time, so confirm the complete schedule for your order with the team.
What happens between sample approval and delivery?
After the sample, packaging, and specifications are approved, Airsun confirms final pricing. You then confirm the PI and pay the deposit before packaging purchasing and production arrangements begin. After production, customers may arrange an inspection. Balance payment, other payment terms, and delivery are handled according to the agreement for the project.

Can I request quality, certification, or regulatory documents?
Relevant certificates, licenses, test reports, and redacted inspection or release records can be discussed during project assessment. Availability and scope are confirmed for the specific product and destination market, and additional testing or third-party services may be needed. A document for one product does not establish suitability or market approval for every product or market.
Can I arrange a factory visit or video tour?
Factory visits, video tours, and on-site audits by customers or their appointed third parties are available by prior appointment at the Yiwu production base. Share your preferred option, timing, product categories, and production areas of interest. This allows the review to be coordinated around the requirements relevant to your visit or supplier assessment.
Can a third party inspect production or finished goods?
Customers or their appointed third parties can arrange on-site audits by appointment. Customers may also arrange finished-goods inspection after production is complete. For an existing order or supplier assessment, provide the product, target market, order or batch reference where applicable, and the records or quality questions to be reviewed so the relevant discussion can be prepared.
