Airsun normally purchases packaging components for the project. We also accept customer-nominated suppliers or customer-supplied components, with the cooperation arrangements confirmed for the project.
Packaging is evaluated for the intended product, including compatibility, sealing and suitability for filling and packaging equipment. The applicable tests and sample requirements are agreed for the proposed solution.

These routes are supported for toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrushes, and dental floss and interdental products. Share your capacity, material, color, structure, printing and finish requirements so that the available solution can be evaluated.
Customers normally provide their brand and design files. Airsun assists with file checks, packaging dielines or print dimensions, and the adjustments needed for production suitability.

Confirm quantities and development costs.
When the product MOQ is met, packaging quantities can be accommodated without a separate packaging MOQ threshold.
Custom packaging, print samples and tooling have separate costs and timing agreed for the project. They are excluded from free formulation sample-making.
