All three approaches are available for toothpaste and mouthwash. Custom formulation can form part of your private-label project.

- Provide a reference product and identify the characteristics you want to approach or change. The development target is assessed against your requirements.
Tell us what the formula needs to do.
Include your destination market, intended users, packaging and capacity, expected quantity, target cost and launch timing. Reference samples help define the characteristics you want to achieve.
These are requirements we can assess. The achievable formulation scope is confirmed after review of the individual project.
- Ingredients
- Submit ingredients you want to include, exclude or replace.
- Sensory characteristics
- Define flavor, aroma, sweetness, cooling sensation, foam and texture preferences.
- Appearance
- Describe color, transparency and, for toothpaste, the desired paste or gel format.
- Product direction
- Share your intended positioning, such as whitening, sensitivity care or children's oral care, for feasibility assessment.
Already have a mature formula?
Airsun accepts customer-provided mature formulas for assessment before production. Share the formula and relevant technical requirements so that materials, process requirements and production suitability can be reviewed.
This route focuses on evaluating and introducing your existing formula into production. Any development changes can be discussed as part of that assessment.
Agree confidentiality and formula rights.
Confidentiality, ownership and exclusive-use arrangements for customer-provided and commissioned formulas are negotiated for each project. Relevant agreements can be signed to define the agreed terms and scope of use.
