Product design, materials and packaging configuration determine the equipment, tooling, detailed sequence and settings. Share your specifications when requesting a production-line review.
- Toothpaste
- Material weighing and preparation → compounding and mixing → transfer for filling → tube filling and sealing → coding and retail packaging → case packing. Compounding, filling and downstream packaging equipment are configured for the agreed product and pack.
- Mouthwash
- Material weighing and preparation → liquid mixing → holding in tanks and transfer → bottle filling and capping → labelling and coding → retail and case packing. Mixing, holding, transfer and packaging equipment support the agreed bottled product.
- Toothbrushes
- Handle moulding → tufting → trimming and bristle finishing to the specification → marking → single- or multi-brush packaging → case packing. Equipment is arranged for the selected brush and finished presentation.
- Floss picks
- Thread positioning → injection moulding → thread cutting and finishing → counting → bag, box or individual packaging → case packing. Equipment supports the agreed floss-pick format.
- Rolled floss
- Equipment and manufacturing stages for rolled floss are reviewed against the confirmed product specification.

With 18 production lines across our oral care range, Airsun has the manufacturing scale to support high-volume orders and ongoing replenishment. We plan production around your order requirements and delivery schedule to provide dependable supply as your business grows.
Reference capacities use 120 g toothpaste (maximum output), 500 mL mouthwash and 50 m rolled floss. Toothbrush and floss figures assume 30 production days per month. Actual output varies with specifications and production scheduling.
